This may include: Store Information Store name Store domain (myshopify.com URL) Shopify store ID Store timezone and configuration settings Order Event Data (via Webhooks) ZapUp receives real-time order events from Shopify via webhooks. These events may include: Order creation events Order updates or edits Fulfillment updates Abandoned checkout events (if enabled) The data received may include: Order ID Order value and currency Product details related to the order Customer name Customer phone number or contact details ZapUp does not request or import full historical order data from Shopify. Information Collected Directly From Merchants ZapUp may collect information directly from merchants when they create and use an account on the platform. How ZapUp Uses Collected Information ZapUp uses collected data strictly to provide and improve the platform’s services.
